Inventory that is effortless and in order!

Whether you have a product stocked in a single or multiple locations, vebcommerce makes inventory management seamless and easy. All you have to do is configure the order in which you want vebcommerce to deduct inventory from your warehouse locations.

For example, if you have product stocked in its primary picking location, and you also have one or more replenishment points for that product (or even other picking locations), all you need to do is assign the rank to each location, which instructs vebcommerce how to draw from inventory.

draw rank of No. 1. means vebcommerce will deduct inventory from that location first, and if that location runs out of stock, vebcommerce will then move to the stock location with draw rank No. 2., No. 3., etc., if such locations exist for that product within a warehouse.

But what about bundles/kits?

Glad you asked! If you have bundled products, vebcommerce will first look for any pre-packaged stock locations for that bundled product based on the draw rank order you have assigned. If you don't pre-package your bundles/kits and store them at particular locations (or if you simply run out of pre-packaged stock), vebcommerce will then search for stock locations for each individual item within that bundle, and deduct inventory based on the assigned draw rank for the individual item's stock location.
